← Back to KPI Optimization
Stage 08 of 8

Continuous process

Closed-loop learning and intervention

Make the process self-correcting by connecting commitments, interventions and delivery outcomes to new evidence.

How it works

  1. Actual shipment is compared with the original confirmed date rather than a silently revised target.
  2. The system records which dates were recommended, selected and kept, and which process interventions were active.
  3. New operational and customer narratives enter Layer 1, changing the next situation model when evidence warrants it.
  4. Calibration, dictionary error, customer outcomes and schedule stability are monitored separately so KPI improvement is not purchased through hidden harm.
Human contribution

Judgment and authority

Process owners decide which interventions to sustain, modify or stop and approve changes to policy or evidence definitions.

Machine contribution

Perception and consistency

The system monitors outcomes continuously, detects drift and refreshes the evidence available for the next decision cycle.

Output to the next stage

New evidence, updated perception and a measurable account of whether the intervention improved OTD and customer outcomes.
